1. Season the fish, dust with flour and brown lightly in butter.

2. Arrange in a shallow baking dish.
|
3. Sprinkle thickly with Parmesan.
|
4. Pour in the sour cream to which ˝ teaspoon flour has been added, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and top with bits of butter.

5. Bake in a hot oven (450°F) for 20 minutes.
|
6. Serve with lemon slices.
