1. Fry the chopped onion in half the butter for 5 minutes.

2. Add the sliced mushrooms.
|
3. Pour in the cream and the stock.
|
4. Flour the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
|
5. Fry quickly on both sides in the rest of the butter.
|
6. Cook in the mushroom sauce in a covered pan for 30 minutes.
|
7. Add the diced potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes.
