3 - 4 eggs
1 pint milk
Sugar

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Make custard with egg yolks and milk, with sugar to make it really sweet.
|
2. Pour into individual glasses and leave to cool.
|
3. Beat the egg whites until very stiff and poach by dropping spoonful into boiling milk (they cook very quickly).
|
4. Lift from the milk with a draining spoon and cap the cold custard with the poached "sweet clouds."
