Brains With Egg
What You Need:
2 - 4 eggs
Salt and pepper
2 sets of brains
2 oz butter
Parsley
How To Cook:

. Fry the brains in the butter with some finely chopped parsley until they look white and stiff, and no longer red.

. Pour the beaten eggs over, add salt and pepper to taste, and let the eggs set.

. Serve immediately.
