Fresh Lima Beans Andalusian Style
(Judias Verdes A La Andaluza)
What You Need:
  • Beans
  • Butter or lard
  • Ham
  • Tomatoes
  • Seasoning

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil the beans for 5 minutes in salted water, and then drain well.

    2. Fry or saute in butter or lard with some thin strips of ham and a few chopped tomatoes.

    3. Season well.
