How To Cook: |

1. Mince the beef.
|
2. Add the soya sauce, salt, pepper, chopped onion (including the top), chopped garlic, Prepared Sesame Seed and oil.
|
3. Mix well and shape into flattened balls 1˝ inches in diameter.
|
4. Roll in flour and slightly beaten egg and fry in a small amount of oil until tender.
|
5. Serve with Vinegar - Soy Sauce.
