1 Chicken
1 cup vinegar
˝ cup water
3 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
6 tablespoons lard

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Soak a chicken in vinegar and water, with garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
|
2. Heat lard in a frying pan and cook the mixture until the chicken is tender and the garlic brown.
