		1 cup vinegar
		˝ cup water
		3 cloves of garlic
		Salt and pepper to taste
		6 tablespoons lard |  |  |  |  |

									| How To Cook: |  |  |  |  |  | 1. Soak a chicken in vinegar and water, with garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
