How To Cook: |

1. Have the liver sliced by the butcher, and then cut it into small pieces.

2. Peel and slice the onion and fry till golden-brown.
|
3. Add the liver and its juice, turning the pieces over as soon as they are brown on one side.
|
4. Sprinkle some flour over the liver and stir vigorously while adding a little water, so as to obtain smooth gravy.
|
5. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and salt to taste.
|
6. Serve immediately.
