How To Cook: |

1. Three-quarters fill a 3-pint saucepan with water, bring to boiling point and add a pinch of salt, then put in the "flecked."

2. Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes, and then turn them into a colander to drain, and pour cold water through until cool.

3. Cut the ham into small squares.
|
4. Cream the butter till smooth, add the eggs and a little salt, and mix.
|
5. Put in the ham and the "flecked" and mix well.
|
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking tin and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for ˝ - 1 hour, until the top is light brown.
|
7. Serve with green salad.
