1. Prepare the meat and cut into pieces.

2. Heat the oil and brown the garlic.
|
3. Add the onion and tomatoes, then the meat and seasonings.
|
4. When it is partly cooked, transfer the mixture into a deeper vessel, then adds enough stock to cover and cook until the meat is tender.
|
5. Add the potatoes, cut in cubes, and continue cooking.
|
6. When they are cooked, thicken the stock and add ham, pimientos and peas.
|
7. Garnish with egg.
