How To Cook: |

1. Pick over the rice carefully, wash well and add the cold water.
|
2. Combine the chopped green onion (including the top), chopped garlic, Prepared Sesame Seed, soya sauce, oil and bean sprouts and cook all together for 2 minutes, stirring well.
|
3. Combine the bean sprout mixture and the rice, cover tightly and bring quickly to the boil.
|
4. Reduce the heat as low as possible and steam for 30 minutes.
|
5. Do not stir or remove the lid while cooking.
