This is a very salty relish, eaten in small amounts with rice.

What You Need: |

½ pound beef
¼ cup soya sauce
1 spring onion
1 clove of garlic
A pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons Prepared Sesame Seed
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon pine nuts

How To Cook: |

|
1. Chop the beef finely.
|
2. Combine 3 tablespoons soya sauce, the chopped onion (including the top), chopped garlic, pepper and 1 tablespoon sesame seed and mix well with the beef.

3. Shape the mixture into 4 flat squares ½ inch thick and press each until firm; sprinkle with the remaining sesame seed.
|
4. Fry the squares slowly until done in the center, then cut into 1-inch squares and put into a saucepan.
|
5. Add the remaining soya sauce, brown.
|
6. Remove from the liquid and arrange attractively on a plate, then sprinkle the top with chopped pine nuts.
