How To Cook: |

1. Skin, bone and clean the fish, then cut into pieces 1 inch square and ¼ inch thick.

2. Add the soya sauce, water, sugar and pepper.
|
3. Cut the onion (including the top), the garlic and the ginger diagonally into thin pieces and add to the fish.
|
4. Mix well and cook until the fish is tender.
