How To Cook: |

1. Put 1 oz. of butter into milk and without boiling, heat gently until the fat has melted.

2. Remove from the heat, add a well-beaten egg and season well.
|
3. Put flour into a basin and work into a stiff paste with the milk.
|
4. Drop the mixture in spoonful's into a pan of boiling water, cook for 3 minutes, and then drain well.
|
5. Melt 2 oz. butter in a frying pan and lightly toss the 'Nockerln' in the heated butter.
