Spinach Soup
What You Need:
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 6 cups fresh spinach (approx. 1 lb.)
  • 7 cups of water
  • 1 pound beef
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Prepared Sesame Seed
  • 4 tablespoons soya sauce

  • How To Cook:
    1. Slice the beef thinly and cut into 1-inch squares.

    2. Add the chopped onions (including the tops), chopped garlic, Prepared Sesame Seed, soya sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.

    3. Cook for a few minutes, until the meat is coloured.

    4. Add the water and cook until the meat is tender.

    5. Wash the spinach well.

    6. Just before serving the soup, add the spinach and continue to cook only until this is tender.

    To Serve: 2 - 4
