How To Cook: |

1. Cut off both ends of the cucumbers and remove the seeds with a sharp-pointed knife and the handle of a wooden spoon.

2. Fill the cucumbers with meat mixture.
|
3. Melt the butter and let the onion get soft, but not brown.
|
4. Stir in the flour, seasonings, parsley and 1 pint of water.
|
5. Bring to the boil and add the remaining ingredients.
|
6. Cover the cucumbers with the sauce and simmer until soft.
