What You Need:            (To make 1 cocktail)

  • 3 to 4 ice cubes
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces strong, cold beef bouillon
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • An 8-ounce wine glass, chilled

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine the ice, vodka and beef bouillon' in a mixing glass, add salt and pepper to taste, and stir with a bar spoon.

    2. Place a strainer on top of the mixing glass and pour into a chilled wine glass.
