What You Need:
(To make 1 cocktail)

½ fresh peach, peeled, or substitute ½ canned peach or 3 ounces frozen peaches
½ ounce fresh lime juice
1½ teaspoons superfine sugar
1½ ounces light rum
4 to 6 ounces shaved or finely cracked Ice
An 8-ounce wine glass, chilled

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the peach, lime juice, sugar, rum and ice in the container of an electric blender, and blend at medium speed for 20 seconds.
|
2. Pour the contents of the container, unstrained, into a large wine glass.
|
3. NOTE: If vou have substituted a canned or frozen peach that has been packed in syrup, do not add any sugar.
