How To Cook: |

1. Combine the lime juice and brown sugar in a Tom Collins glass.
|
2. Stir with a muddler or bar spoon to dissolve the sugar, then add the rum.
|
3. Fill the glass ¾ way with shaved ice and stir again.
|
4. Decorate with the slices of lime and a cherry, and if you wish, the fresh mint.
|
5. Serve with a straw.
