What You Need:

2 dashes Fiel's orange bitters
½ ounce sweet vermouth
½ ounce dry vermouth
½ ounce cherry brandy
½ ounce kirsch
1 ounce gin
1 strip orange peel
1 maraschino cherry
A 4-ounce cocktail glass, chilled

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine the orange bitters, 2 vermouths, cherry brandy, kirsch and gin in a 4-ounce cocktail glass and stir very gently so as not to cloud it.
|
2. Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oil and add the peel and the cherry to the cocktail.
