2 ice cubes
6 ounces dry white wine
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) creme de cassis
1 strip lemon peel
An 8-ounce wine glass

How To Cook: |

1. In a large wine glass combine the ice cubes, white wine and creme de cassis.
|
2. Twist the lemon peel over the glass to release the oil, and drop the peel in. Stir gently.
