  • ½ pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced scallion greens
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. In a serving bowl, toss the mushrooms with the lemon juice until the slices are lightly moistened.

    2. Then add the scallion greens, oil and salt and toss again.

    3. Chill the salad before serving it.
