What You Need:

  • 3 dashes of dry French vermouth
  • 2 oz Beefeater Gin

  • How To Cook:
    1. Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass (50 times if using large ice cubes, 30 times if using small cubes).

    2. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.

    3. Garnish traditionally with a pitted cocktail olive and for a lemon zest.
