What You Need:            (To Make: 24 cupcakes)

  • 1 package (18¼ ounces) cake mix (any flavor), plus ingredients to prepare mix
  • 1 container (16 ounces) white frosting
  • 1 tube (4¼ ounces) green decorating icing with tip
  • Green and orange sprinkles, decors, and sugars

  • How To Cook:
    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line 24 (2½-inch) muffin pan cups with decorative paper baking cups.

    2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.

    3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean.

    4. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes. Remove cupcakes to racks; cool completely.

    5. Frost cupcakes. Use icing to pipe Irish words (Slainte, Blarney, etc.) or shamrock designs onto cupcakes as desired.

    6. Decorate with sprinkles, decors, and sugars as desired.
