1. Preheat oven to 350°. Brush 12 (1-cup) mini bundt pan cups with butter; set aside

2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Add food coloring to batter, one drop at a time, until desired shade of green is reached.

3. Fill prepared bundt pan cups ½ full. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted near centers comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 5 minutes.

4. Carefully place wire rack on top of pans, and invert rack to remove cakes. Lightly tap bottom of pans to help release cakes. Cool completely on wire racks.

5. Place frosting in small microwavable bowl. Add food coloring, one drop at a time, until desired color is reached.

6. Microwave on LOW (30%) for 30 seconds or until pourable but not melted. Spoon frosting over tops of cakes. Decorate with sugar.
