What You Need:

1½ ounces Bar Sol Pisco
¾ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
Several drops of Angostura Bitters
1 Small Egg Whire or ½ ounce Egg White Product

How To Cook: |

|
1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail glass.
|
2. Sprinkle a few dashes of Angostura Bitters on the foam created by egg whites. (In Peru, cinnamon is sometimes used.)
