What You Need:

  • 1½ ounces Bar Sol Pisco
  • ¾ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Several drops of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Small Egg Whire or ½ ounce Egg White Product

  • How To Cook:
    1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail glass.

    2. Sprinkle a few dashes of Angostura Bitters on the foam created by egg whites. (In Peru, cinnamon is sometimes used.)
