2 large, ripe, chilled avocados, peeled, halved, seeded and diced (see salsa guasacaca)
¼ cup fresh lime juice
6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
½ lime, cut into 4 thin wedges

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. With the back of a spoon, force the diced avocado through a sieve set over a bowl.
|
2. Stir in the lime juice and sugar.
|
3. Serve from chilled parfait glasses or dessert dishes, and garnish each serving with a lime wedge.
