How To Cook: |

1. Boil lasagna for 8 minutes.
|
2. Drain and cool under cold top water, put aside.
|
3. In a hot skillet, saute onions, garlic, peppers, thyme and parsley, fold in shrimp.
|
4. Drain liquid from cans of ackee and odd to shrimp mixture (do not overcook).
|
5. Grease rectangular ovenproof dish; arrange layer of lasagna followed by ackee mixture and top with white sauce and cheese.

6. Repeat layer three times.
|
7. Top with layer of sauce and cheese, sprinkle with parsley and a dash of black pepper.
|
8. Bake at 375°F until golden brown.
