What You Need:

  • 1 medium avocado pear
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Halve avocado lengthwise and remove seed.

    2. Scoop out the pulp. The shell can be saved to be used as a container for serving, otherwise discard.

    3. Mash the pulp with cream cheese and other ingredients.

    4. Serve piled in a small dish or the shell, surrounded by breadfruit chips.
