What You Need:

  • 6 ripe crushed bananas
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 glass white wine
  • ¼ pound sugar
  • 3 beaten eggs white
  • Vanilla to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix all together and beat until smooth.

    2. Put into a souffle dish, and bake in a 325°F oven until puffy and golden brown on top.

    3. Serve at once. The yolk may be used to make a sauce to serve with the pudding.

    4. Decorate with cherries and shredded coconut.
