8 -10 pounds beef ribs
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
SAUCE
14 oz ketchup
½ cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon saffron
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 red pepper, finely chopped

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Season ribs liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder; let stand overnight.
|
2. When ready to cook, skewer beef, and cook over cools, turning very slowly, for about 2 - 3 hours.
|
3. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients, simmer 15 minutes.
|
4. Baste ribs with sauce only 15 minutes before removing from cools.
|
5. To add on extra special touch, orange juice can be added to the basting mixture.
