1 12-15 pound Ham
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
1 cup sherry

How To Cook: |

|
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake ham, allowing 25 minutes per pound.
|
2. When ham is almost done, remove from oven, score and odd cloves.
|
3. Make a mixture of brown sugar and mustard, then add sherry.
|
4. Mixture should be like a thick paste. Coot thickly over ham, then bake for on other ½ hour.
