12 young queen conchs
3 hot peppers
½ cup vinegar
¾ cup oil
2 sliced onions
Salt
Lime juice

How To Cook: |

|
1. Cover conch with water and bring to a boil, by which time it should be easy to remove the meet.
|
2. Wash with lime juice and clean.
|
3. Dice and mix with chopped hot peppers, vinegar, oil, sliced onions and salt.
