How To Cook: |

1. In a large bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.

2. In a separate bowl. cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
|
3. Then beat in egg and milk.
|
4. Add liquid mix to dry mix and put in raisins.
|
5. Pour batter into a greased muffin tin, leaving space for the muffins to rise.
|
6. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until tops are springy to the touch.
