Fried Ackees
What You Need:
AD Banners
1 dozen ackee (or more)
Salt water
Butter

How To Cook:

. Prepare ackee by discarding seeds and taking out pink skin.

. Cover in salt water for the five minutes. Drain. Fry in hot butter.

. Drain on paper towels and serve.
NOTE:
This recipe can be used for tinned ackee.
