What You Need:            (To Serve: 2)

  • 12 large Black tiger shrimp
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon jerk sauce
  • Lime wedges (garnish)

  • How To Cook:
    1. In a medium bowl, season shrimp with salt and pepper.

    2. In a separate bowl, combine oil and jerk sauce. Pour over prawns.

    3. Preheat barbecue or grill to 375°F.

    4. Grill shrimp 7 minutes each side or until they are bright pink.

    5. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
