What You Need:

6 boiled diced potatoes
½ diced onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
6 boiled and sliced frankfurters (or sausage)
2 tablespoons oil
Salt, pepper

Translate this recipe:

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Fry frankfurters, with onion in some oil.
|
2. Add 1 tablespoon flour and blend.
|
3. Add sugar, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper.
|
4. Mix together well and pour over the potatoes. Toss lightly.
|
NOTE:
|
This must be made while potatoes are still hot.
