1. Choose firm, ripe, small tomatoes without blemish.
|
2. Put them into a jar with a large mouth.
|
3. Fill jar with oil (corn oil preferably) so that tomatoes are covered with a layer of oil 1 inch deep.
|
4. On top of oil pour a little brandy or rum and seal.
|
