What You Need:

  • 2 cups cold cooked rice or macaroni
  • 2 oz lean ham
  • 4 stalks scallion
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • Herbs
  • 2 red sweet peppers
  • 2 green sweet peppers
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Oil and vinegar to taste

    DRESSING
  • 1 dessertspoon oil
  • 1 dessertspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix diced vegetables and rice with herbs and ham.

    2. Pour dressing over salad.

    DRESSING:
    1. Mix well together.
