1. Peel breadfruit, cut into sections and remove the heart.

2. Cut into slices and place in salted water for half an hour or more.
|
3. Dry the slices and fry in hot fat until golden.
|
4. Drain on paper towels.
|
5. Meanwhile, mix the salt and seasonings together, and sprinkle over the chips just before serving with Avocado Cream Cheese Dip.
