	| Keftedes, or keftedakia, are Greek meatballs. Small keftedakia are used as appetizers for parties and festivities of every sort. Since they are equally good at room temperature, they are a fine picnic dish. Large keftedes, with pilaf, vegetable, and salad, make a tasty family dinner.
