What You Need:
(To Serve: 2 to 3)

2 chicken livers (1½ ounces each)
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs, well beaten

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cut livers into small pieces and set aside.
|
2. In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon of the butter and in it saute onion until tender and lightly browned.
|
3. Add chicken livers, salt, and pepper, and brown lightly. Melt remaining butter in the same skillet.
|
4. Add eggs and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until eggs are set but still creamy.
|
5. Turn onto serving platter and serve.
