How To Cook: |

1. Combine mustard, sugar, pepper, and salt.
|
2. Add vinegar and egg yolks and beat together with whisk until well combined.
|
3. Add oil one drop at a time, beating constantly.
|
4. When mayonnaise starts to thicken, thin with lemon juice and continue beating, alternately adding lemon juice and oil.
