What You Need:
(To Make: about 40 small patties)

2½ cups grated pumpkin pulp, strained
½ cup chopped onion
4 eggs
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 cups breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups flour
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
Sesame Seed Sauce (optional)

How To Cook: |

|
1. Combine all ingredients except flour, oil, and Sesame Seed Sauce; blend well.
|
2. Shape into 2-inch patties, and roll in flour.
|
3. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

4. Serve warm accompanied by Sesame Seed Sauce (optional).
