1½ pounds beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can (10½ ounces) condensed beef broth
1 ½ soup cans water
1 cup chopped onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of potato soup
2 small zucchini squash, cut in strips
2 cups sliced sweet potatoes
1½ cups chopped tomatoes
1 can (16 ounces) peach halves, drained
½ cup diced green pepper

How To Cook: |

|
1. Brown beef in oil in a large, heavy saucepan; pour off fat.
|
2. Add broth, water, onion and garlic; cover and cook over low heat 1¾ hours.
|
3. Add remaining ingredients; cook 15 minutes longer, or until done, stirring occasionally.
|
|
|
|
|
