How To Cook: |
1. Mix the beef, cracker crumbs, wine, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and eggs. Form into 16 meat balls.
2. Put in a covered casserole and cook 5 minutes in the microwave oven, rearranging the meat balls once so that those on the inside are put to the outside to equalize the cooking. Let stand.
3. In a small dish, melt the butter in the microwave oven. Stir in the flour, then the Kitchen Bouquet, and then the water. Pour over the meat balls.
4. Cook, covered, in the microwave oven for 3 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes, and then stir the gravy very gently so as to not break up the meat balls. Serve over noodles or rice.
