2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
½ cup fish broth
½ cup milk
¼ cup whipping cream, whipped
1 tablespoon caviar
1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
Salt and pepper to taste

How To Cook: |

|
1. Melt the butter and work in the flour. Stir in gradually the broth and milk.
|
2. Cook, covered, in the microwave oven, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and simmers.
|
3. Chill. Fold in the whipped cream, caviar, dill pickle, salt, and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
