How To Cook: |
1. Put the pork, onions, and garlic in a casserole. Break up the pork as much as possible.
2. Cook, covered, in the microwave oven, stirring from time-to-time and continuing to break up the pork.
3. Cook until all the pinkness is gone from the meat. Add ½ cup of the water and the tomatoes and potatoes.
4. Continue cooking, covered, in the microwave oven until the potatoes are tender (about 10 minutes).
5. Add the remaining water, salt, pepper, and MSG, bring to a simmer, and simmer several minutes.
TIP:
If regular ground pork is not available, use a very mildly seasoned pork sausage.
