MEAT BALLS
2 eggs
2 pounds ground beef
½ cup cornflake crumbs
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
SAUCE
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup water
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sugar

How To Cook: |

|
1. Mix all ingredients for the meat balls and form into 1½-inch balls. Cook in a covered casserole in the microwave oven for ten minutes.
|
2. Rearrange the meat balls so that those in the center are on the outside of the dish and those that were on the outside are in the center.
|
3. Add the sauce ingredients, stir gently, and continue cooking, covered, in the microwave oven until done (about 5 or 6 minutes more).
|
4. Serve with hot cooked rice.
