¼ cup finely-chopped almonds
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter

1. Cream the sugar and butter. Beat in the egg. Blend in the yogurt, lemon peel, and mace.
|
2. Sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder together. Blend into the batter and beat until smooth.

3. Pour into a 9-inch round cake dish. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and almonds together.
|
4. Sprinkle over the batter evenly. Sprinkle melted butter over batter.

5. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until done.
